RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We exercise a very strict quality control process to ensure that our clients receive only the best virgin hair. The items must be mailed for exchange in its original condition. We will not accept any merchandise that is not in its original condition.
The returned item must be unopened, unaltered, unworn, undamaged and all tags and packaging must be included. Returned packages must include a copy of the original invoice as proof of purchase. We will NOT accept any merchandise that has been used or altered (brushed, combed, picked, cut, or washed).
If you want to exchange an item you will need to call our customer service number, (407)738-6401 or send us an email to email@example.com. Item(s) meeting the above conditions may be returned within 5 days of receiving your package. Failure to do so will result in the denial or your return and exchange request.
There are NO refund on purchases. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you must meet the requirements of our return and exchange policy stated above. You also have the option to receive store credit for future reference if you decide to receive your new batch of hair at a later date.
The product must be sent back at your expense. We recommend you use a shipping provider with a signature confirmation service, and/or insurance to protect your package. We will not be responsible for lost or non trackable packages.
