SHIPPING
 

All orders are processed and ship during business days ONLY (Monday to Friday). It takes up to 3 business days for payments to be verified through our system. Once your payment has been cleared, we will begin the shipping process. Please allow 3-5 business days (after your payment verification) to receive your shipment. 
All orders placed after 6:30pm Eastern Standerd time, during a holiday or over the weekend will not be processed until the following business day.
International shipping is a flat rate of $40 USD. We utilize FedEx for International shipping. FedEx can ONLY ship internationally to a physical address. The customer is responsible for paying any international customs fees or import duties required upon delivery. 

TRACKING
 

All goods ship will be shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) or FedEx. Once your package has been shipped off, you will receive your tracking information with an email confirmation sent to the email address provided. To make sure all orders have been received, ALL orders require a signature upon delivery; no exceptions.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must take this up with the United States Postal Service as we are not responsible for their actions. You may track your package below:
